Programs for Innovators

Greetings! I am new to this group.

I wonder if there are other programs (see below) that support technology transfer and the incubation of emergent technology?

I wonder about bridges can be built here between the Bay Area and Seattle? We will see. I realize there have been field trips to PNNL but what about state funding that targets economic development through new technology?
