Putting in a plug for another one of Willamette Valley's own- Scan Grants
ScanGrants hosts a database of grants offered by private organizations, or similar entities that one might not easily find using the larger search sites. ScanGrants specializes in healthcare related issues and has been developed for Samaritan Health Services. It is also publicly available and can be a great resource to those looking for healthcare research funding.
One of WIN's members, Hope Leman, is ScanGrant's Research Information Technologist!
Hi, John--thank you so much for the nice write-up! We are indeed very proud of ScanGrants and hope it serves as useful resource for those looking for grants (and scholarships) in the health sciences. And as a daughter of Corvallis (born right here!), I appreciate the work you do to make us a hub of innovation in the biomedical sciences. Keep up the good work!
Does ScanGrants do any private consulting? If I had a healthcare product or service, would someone at ScanGrants suggest possible organizations (or grants) I could approach to help with my research?
(I don't have a product or service. It is just an example.)
