Feel free to ask us any questions about using this site. There are a lot of wonderful features that help us communicate and collaborate without generating a lot of unwanted noise. We want to help do that.
You can expect your question to be answered within a day or two by a site manager. Community members are encouraged to help each other by answering questions too.

Remember there are no bad questions. There is always someone else that has the same question you do.

Secure document sharing and collaboraiton is available through this site. "Document Sharing" is under the "Get Connected" tab in the top menu. Each network member automaticallt can create and manage thier own document sharing workspace.

Let me know if you have any questions about that feature. Feel free to test it out on me!

Hey, Loyan. I'm trying to join the Innovators Directory and have checked a couple boxes on my profile page, but I'm not showing up in those categories. Can you help? Thanks!

You bet. It takes the Ning system some time to update its database. The database drives the directory so there is a delay of some hours. I'll make a note of that on the directory page right now so others know to expect it.

I checked your profile out Rebecca and you are all set to be added to the directory. Thanks for adding yourself.

Hours to updat is one thing but more then overnight? Hmmm still must be doing the nominating thing wrong! Help me out here Loyan or is this an Elko thing? smile
